Jorge’s full name is Jorge Ayala-Rivera. He was born in Cali, Colombia, but he grew up in Chicago. Jorge’s mother tongue is Spanish, but as he spoke English at a native level, he became fluent in it. Jorge has a brother named Alonso Ayala, who is also a criminal.
In Chicago, Jorge started working as a car mechanic for his father at General Motors. However, later on, he started stealing cars for chop shops across the city, and with this, he entered the criminal world.

After completing this assignment, he decided to stay in Miami, where he took the job of an enforcer and started extortion from individuals who owed money.
Working for Medellín Cartel and Blanco
Jorge was Griselda Blanco’s top hitman. He used to have a small crew that helped him commit various crimes. His brother also worked with him for Blanco.
In 1982, he got orders from Blanco to kill her former hitman Jesus “Chucho” Castro. On 6 February 1982, Jorge and one of his partners executed a drive-by shooting on Castro’s car at the red light.
However, they missed the target and accidentally killed Castro’s 2-year-old son. In August 1988, Jorge was charged with the murder of Castro’s kid.
On 26 May 1982, Jorge and his crew killed drug-dealing married couple Alfredo and Grizel Lorenzo on the order of Blanco.
Moreover, it is believed that in 1981, Jorge killed the 11 members of Luis Mejia’s gang and Mejia’s father, Octavio Mejia. However, none of these claims have been proved in court.

He was first arrested in connection with a Chicago bank robbery. At that time, the police were also searching for Blanco’s top hitman, whom they only knew by the name of Riverita.

In 1993, Jorge pleaded guilty to three murders and was sentenced to life imprisonment with the possibility of parole after 25 years.
